Duncan has worked in the Insurance and Risk Management industry for over 30 years, managing and co-ordinating global insurance programs for a number of significant clients, working closely with International fund and asset management businesses, together with Lawyers, Accountants and Banks. He has also worked within a number of large institutions, including a leading Chartered Surveying firm, one of the world’s leading financial companies together with creating a new insurance broking business which in 3 years of trading become a Top 100 UK broker. He has held several senior Director Roles and also holds a number of Non-Executive directorships of businesses active in the Sustainable and Renewable Energy fields.

Martin has over 25 years successful Business Analytics, Structuring, Growth and Management expertise, working in over 40 countries across the IT, Energy, Renewable Energy, Water, Housing, Infrastructure, Forestry, Logistics, and Horticultural sectors. Most recently as COO of US based a $800m PMO portfolio for an Oman multinational, and as the COO of an AirBnB type portal build for the US based Recreational Vehicle (RV) market. Martin holds an MBA, a BSc in Environmental Business Operations. He is also a qualified Financial Analyst, Business Analyst and is currently studying Business Data Analytics part time at Cambridge University, Judge Business Faculty.

Michael has over 25 years’ business experience, including 19 years as a managing partner of a London law firm, advising on a wide range of businesses including IT, manufacturing, professional services, retail, food, advertising, education and health. Through his commercial experience and leadership, Michael has advised many businesses, on growth and acquisition strategies, change management, business re-structures succession planning, management buy-outs and business sales. Michael holds a LLB (Hons) and in 2009 became a Freeman of the City of London.

Patrick is an experienced business leader with 27 years of expertise in directing and streamlining operations to boost revenue and profitability in both domestic and international environments of Asia Pacific, Central & South America and the Caribbean.
His experience includes various executive positions overseeing large scale operations, multi-million dollar client accounts and leadership within large scale operations, strategic client management initiatives, business development, the provision of business and technology advisory services to major financial institutions, and extensive experience in global business process outsourcing (BPO) operations, spanning across multiple business verticals including Financial Services, FinTech, Advisory Services and Consulting, Business Process Outsourcing as well as Higher Education. Patrick earned a Masters in Economics degree from the Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich Germany.

Krishna has over 18 years high-level experience in software development and architecture. Previously the Chief Architect for American Express, he has also been a Data Scientist with Intel and a Senior Developer and Software Engineer for TSYS Acquiring and TCS.

Martin is a Fellow of the Royal institution of Chartered Surveyors spending his career in infrastructure, industry and development organisations, and has been a visiting Professor at Birmingham City University since 2016 focusing on project procurement and commercial management. He also understands both public and private sector business management, governance and risk assessment. Recently Martin was the architect of a unique delivery and commercial model in UK Highways construction, focusing on Integrated Project Delivery Using Lean Project Management and behavioural economics, Martin’s research is stimulating a generational shift in integrated Project team working across UK’s highway sector. Procurement and delivery challenges include data and cyber security

Gary has a Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering and a PhD in Industrial Hypermedia, both from the University of Southampton. Prior to academia, Gary was a Quality Assurance Manager in a medium-size manufacturing company, where he conducted QA audits on the supply chain. Gary is a member of the Institute of Engineering Technology, a Chartered Engineer and a Principal fellow of the Higher Education Academy. Gary is also a qualified assessor for cyber essentials, Information assurance and GDPR through IASME.

Joe has Board Level and Director level roles, at companies operating globally in the IT Services, Telecoms and Network Security markets for over 30 years. He has managed and executed on many specific projects covering a range of key business drivers including, Sales & Marketing, New Business Acquisition, Customer Retention, Channel Development, On-Line Utilisation, Enhanced Customer Experience. And has an extensive business network that encompasses many past and current executives and senior contacts from both the Private and Public sectors from large Corporations to aspiring SME’s.

is a seasoned ‘intrapreneur’ with over twenty years of experience across multiple sectors. His early career was within international law enforcement culminating special operations command. He progressed into senior roles within the software sector and successfully built and exited three software and digital agencies with specialist interests in healthcare, securities, biotech, and international compliance. He has been at the centre of several pivotal projects for household brands such as Nike, Airbus Defense & Space, P&G and Nissan. In 2017 Paul became Head of Communications & Technology for the G20 Health & Development Partnership.

Michael has been involved in the world of brand communications and business innovation both locally and globally for over 30 years. He developed i ntegrated business offerings within the Havas and WPP Global networks. He then spearheaded the discipline of Digital Marketing as Regional Director EMEA at Grey Global Group growing network capability and business with P&G, GSK, Coca-Cola, and Heineken. Then, following a stint as WPP Global business development director working with emerging tech clients he was recruited as VP of Global Brands and digital innovation for the worlds largest Tea & Coffee company, JDE. He is responsible for all brand communications and go to market strategy and planning.

Franco has been at the forefront of branding, design and broadcast communications for over 30 years working in some of the largest agency groups in the UK. These appointments saw him deliver a breadth of successful strategic branding, design and communications solutions for local and global clients such as P&G, British Airways, SAB Miller, Renault, Carlsberg and Swatch where he was global Creative Director. He was previously innovation leader of the team that built the tech start up brand Airportr. He is responsible for all brand communications.

Lloyd is a qualified Data Protection Officer, who prior to joining Vox Securitas had worked for the last 4 years in the financial services sector for a large FTSE250 investments company. Lloyd has also worked in the recruitment and retail sectors in the past, giving him exposure across various types of industries. Lloyd studied Law at University at Southampton Solent University, focusing on employment law and alongside becoming a qualified GDPR practitioner, he has also undertaken courses in risk management.
Lloyd’s strengths come from his knowledge of data protection law and helping clients identify and mitigate the risks that they face with practical solutions.
